I started writing software professionally in 2005. Since 2010 I've been doing it under my own name, Delphi Consultants Ltd, working with Fortune-500 NZ subsidiaries on data and Delphi modernisation, with founders on apps they couldn't buy off the shelf, and with operators on automating the things their teams were doing by hand.

I work alone by choice. There is no account manager between you and the engineer. There are no juniors learning on your project. There is no offshore team you cannot reach. You get me, every meeting, every commit.

When a project needs more hands, I bring in trusted contractors I've worked with for years. They sign the same NDA you do. I stay accountable for the deliverable.
