Delphi Consultants Ltd ("we", "us") collects personal information you provide via forms on this site (name, email, phone, company, project brief). We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

• Information you submit through the contact form or quote wizard.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, CTA clicks) only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Server access logs (IP, user agent) for security and rate limiting, retained for 30 days.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support the work you engage us to do, and meet our legal obligations.

Retention

Lead enquiries are retained for 24 months from last contact. Project records are retained for 7 years per NZ tax requirements.

Your rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
