One master Power BI template, stamped into a fleet of per-supplier dashboards by a custom Delphi tool. Polished, board-ready reports generated in seconds instead of rebuilt by hand.
The brief
FMCG suppliers selling into the major New Zealand grocery banners each needed their own performance dashboard: the same analysis, their own data, their own branding. Rebuilding each one by hand in Power BI was slow, and no two ever looked quite the same.
What I built
- One master Power BI template holding every page, measure and visual.
- A custom Delphi tool that stamps the template into a per-supplier report, injecting that supplier’s parameters, staging 104 weeks of scan data, and selecting the right tier of pages.
- Model and relationship validation on every build, so a stamped report is never shipped broken.
- A page set spanning Product Performance, Store Performance, Distribution Tracker, Share & Sales, Price Volume, Store Ranking and Export.
Outcome
A whole fleet of polished, board-ready supplier dashboards generated in seconds from a single source of truth. Visually consistent, individually branded, and trivial to refresh every period.
